Sargasso is a company processing eels farmed at Torro Fishfarm. We own processing sites combining modern technology and tradition. We offer fish traditionally smoked on beech or alder wood using traditional recipes from the Podhale region. We offer whole smoked eel and smoked eel fillets. Smoked fillets are vacuum packed in 100g, 200g and 0.5kg packages and on request, in sizes specified by the customer. We sell whole eels as: so called “loose” fish or packed in boxes and vacuum packed. We provide services for restaurants, catering companies, supermarkets.
