Dear Customers and Partners, In 2014, we launched a unique and the biggest Farm in Poland of European eel (Anguilla Anguilla) with an annual production of aprox. 150 m/t. This niche product was intended to meet the needs and expectations of Polish and European markets. We have made further decisions on processing raw eel and selling the product in the form of whole smoked and fileted.

Keeping in mind the maximization of our processing plant and enrich our products offer to our clients we decided to ad to our product portfolio also smoked Sturgeon and Smoked trout. The Farm Eel Company is registred under the name TORRO-FISCHFARM Sp. Cywilna Jerzy Sobczak, Tomasz Stefaniak, with the Head Quarters in Szaflary (Poland). Our Fish smoking and Processing plant is our second Company registred under the name Sargasso Ltd with the Head Quarters also in Szaflary (Poland).Our aiming is to supply the market fresh gourmet products of the highest quality and unique taste.
